Subfloor Patching

While working on prepping this floor I noticed that a section of the subfloor was very rotten—A majority of the panel was soft enough to push a screw driver through. The roof of this cabin had leaked on this wall for years and most of these pieces of subfloor had been replaced by a previous contractor, but this one was missed. Sadly I don’t have progress photos of this.

I cut the sections between the joists out and pried the remaining pieces off the joists. The screws were all original and were so rusted through that the heads snapped off. I used a multi tool to cut them off at the joist. I then cut a new piece of plywood to size, put adhesive on all the surfaces, set the new piece down and secured it with screws.
