Pony Wall
This project has some cabinetry going right up against this wall but there is a pipe sticking out. We needed to add another pony wall to create a solid backing for sheetrock. Here you can see the wall I added matching the height of the pony wall to the right.
I used PT 2×4 on the bottom because it is touching the concrete foundation, and regular lumber for the rest. I cut out sections for the pipe and screwed everything to the back wall framing.
