Aluminum Extrusion Framing

I can frame almost anything you can imagine with aluminum extrusion! It is very strong and relatively light. We will design your vision in CAD software so you can visualize it and we can refine measurements, then I will construct it and deliver it. This can be used for anything from shelving systems to the framing for a shell or camper.

If something in your design requires custom milling or fabrication I can get it done using a mill or CNC machine!

Flooring

The layers I install for a camper are insulation, plywood subfloor, and then glue down sheet vinyl. Insulation under the subfloor is key to preventing heat loss from the metal body of the vehicle. For plywood I usually opt for 3/8” plywood to optimize for weight but we can go as thick as you’d like. Ideally I glue it down to the insulation or framing to prevent squeeking. I then prefer glue down sheet vinyl because it is cheap, and extremely durable! It is also built to withstand the conditions of a van much better than anything like vinyl planks.
